PURPOSE:To eliminate the distortion of an output waveform and to simplify a circuit by flowing a power source current through plural cascaded transistors (TR) in series. CONSTITUTION:The source of an FET1 is grounded, and the source of an FET2 is short-circuited in terms of RF by a capacitor and also connected in terms of DC to the drain of the FET1 through a power source filter 4. The drain of the FET1 is connected to the gate of the FET2 through a capacitor 3. Therefore, drain currents of the FETs 1 and 2 flow in series. Further, the gate voltage of the FET2 is held as large as a specific DC voltage for switch operation, and only the driving circuit 5 for the FET1 is controlled to control the drain currents of the FETs 1 and 2 simultaneously. Thus, the distortion of the output waveform is eliminated and drain power sources and gate driving circuits are reduced to a half as many as the conventional circuit, thereby simplifying the circuit. |
