PURPOSE:To heat easily a surface to be deposited in a short time by such constitution in which an IR radiation tube is disposed in a cylindrical part deposited with a conductive film on the surface of a transparent insulator and the conductive film is heated to a prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:A thin metallic (Al, Ni, etc.) film 11 is deposited on a base body 10 of a photosensitive drum consisting of a glass tube as a transparent insulator and the film 11 is heated to a surface temp. of 150-350 deg.C by an IR radiation tube 12 disposed in the body 10. The film 11 is thus easily heated in a short time. |
