PURPOSE:To lengthen the life of a wooden building by a method in which a heat insulator is attached to concrete frames, soil and ballast layers are laminated in the frames, a floor concrete layer is placed on them, the whole of the layers is covered with a synthetic resin thin piece, and cement mortar layer is applied. CONSTITUTION:Concrete frames 1 of adequate height and thickness are formed, and a heat insulator 2 is attached to the outside of the frames 1. Soil 3 is put in the frames 3, a ballast layer 4 is placed on the soil 3, a floor concrete layer 5 is placed on the layer 4, and whole of the layers is covered with a synthetic resin thin piece 6. Cement mortar layer 7 incorporated with a metal net 9 is placed on the piece 6. Since the concrete frames 1 are integrated with the floor concrete layer 5, the subsidence of the floor can be prevented, soil-freezing can be prevented by the heat insulator 2, and rise of moisture can be prevented by the synthetic resin thin piece 6. |
