CONSTITUTION:A molten thermoplastic synthetic resin material is filled in a gap formed of a cavity 41, a core 43 and a slide core 43. After filling, a mold 40 is water-cooled, and when the molds are opened, the cavity 41 is first displaced in a size (a) at the front side. Then, an ejector plate 44 is displaced in a size (b) at the front side. When the plate 44 is displaced, the core 43 and knock pins 45,... are displaced toward the front side. At this time, since the core 43 is inclined to the core 42, it is laterally displaced in size C along the oblique, and the projection 43a of the core 43 is separated from a molded filter guide 20 and an intermediate filter guide 21.
