<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an internal data memory which can be automatically initialized with application of a power supply by initializing the logic of an optional flip-flop of the internal data memory to the desired logic when the power supply is applied. CONSTITUTION:A flip-flop unit of an internal data memory is formed by a feedback connection between the 1st and 2nd inverter circuits and initialized to the desired logic when the power supply is applied. For instance, an internal data memory 6 is formed by the 1st inverter circuit containing transistors Tr1 and Tr3 connected in series and the 2nd inverter circuit containing Tr2 and Tr4 connected in series for a system comprising an arithmetic circuit 1, an accumulator unit 2, a general-purpose register unit 3, a control circuit 4 and the memory 6. A current is supplied to the Tr1 when a power supply 7 is changed to an ON state from an OFF state. Thus the 1st and 2nd inverter circuits are initialized to current ON and current OFF states respectively.</p> |
