PURPOSE:In an ink feeder pump for an ink jet printer, to reduce the flow while to increase the pressure by reducing the energy loss in the direction parallel with a vibration board. CONSTITUTION:A suction valve 12 and a delivery valve 13 are provided in a liquid chamber 11 where one wall of said chamber 11 is made of a diaphragm 14 having a curved section 14a. On end of a vibration chip 15 is secured to the diaphragm 14 while the other end is secured to the fixed wall 17. The vibration chip 15 is longitudinal chip where the polarization direction is perpendicular with the electrode or in the arrow direction A. With such vibration chip 15, the displacement will be small but the diaphragm 14 is flexed by the amount of displacement to vary the volume of liquid chamber 11 which will produce the delivery liquid pressure directly. |
