PURPOSE:To emulsify rapidly and stably an agricultural chemical in a liquid or pasty state at normal temperature without using an organic solvent, by using a nonionic surface active agent as an emulsifying agent. CONSTITUTION:A raw material of agricultural chemical is blended with 3- 30wt%, preferably 10-20wt% sulfuric ester salt of a nonionic surface active agent, preferably a compound (e.g., polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene styrenated phenyl ether ammonium sulfate, etc.) shown by the formula I or formula II [R1 is group shown by the formula III or formula IV (R3 is H or CH3); R2 is alkyl; R is alkylene; n is 0-2; p is 1-100; R4 and R5 are alkyl], to give an emulsion of agricultural chemical.
