PURPOSE:To make possible high precision insert molding easily without causing deformation, thermal change, etc. by external pressure to a high density member by covering an insert portion of a fitting member with a protective member prepared in advance and conducting resin molding in contactless manner with resin. CONSTITUTION:Insert portions 1a of a dot pin return spring 1 are covered for reinforcement with covers 11 and spacers 12 made of metallic material prepared in advance and protected from the external pressure due to shrinkage caused when it is insert-molded into plastics 13, therefore, the dot pin return spring 1 is prevented from deformation. Grooves 21, 22 and projections 23, 24 are provided on the cavity side A and the core side B, of the insert-molding die, accordingly covers 11 and spacers 12 can be held securely with high precision, and even after plastic molding necessary dimensional precision can be secured easily. |
