The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus of LED surface light emission, and more specifically, to a lighting apparatus of LED surface light emission, which is equipped therein with a power supply system to simplify a wiring connection to an LED module, and is capable of easily performing assembly. The present invention includes: a frame including a horizontal part on which a diffusion plate, a light guide plate, and a reflection plate are sequentially stacked and a vertical part upwardly bending and extending from an outer end portion of the horizontal part, formed in a shape of a rectangular frame, and detachably coupled thereto with a cover for covering an upper portion of the reflection plate; a pair of LED modules including a plurality of LEDs, an LED bar mounted at printed circuit board having a bar shape on which a plurality of the LEDs are arrayed at regular intervals, and a connector prepared at one end portion of the LED bar, in which the LED bars are arranged in the lengthwise direction of both sides of the frame to face each other inside the frame; and a power supply system accommodated in the frame and electrically connected to the connector to supply power to the LED module. An accommodation groove for accommodating the power supply system is formed at an upper side or a lower side of the frame, and a guide part having a channel or hook shape for wiring between the power supply system and the connector is formed at both sides of the accommodation groove in lengthwise direction of the frame. |
