<p>PURPOSE:To enable to selectively operate a lamination coating device either independently or in conjunction with a recorder as desired, by a method wherein a supplying means for a lamination coating member is provided with a part for connection with a recorder. CONSTITUTION:A recording paper 14 is attracted onto a guide plate 14 by a suction fan 13, whereby the degree of flatness of the paper 2 and the spacing thereof from recording heads 12Y, 12M, 12C, 12B are maintained to be most preferable. Based on an image signal, a color image is formed on the paper 2 fed from a cassette 1. A laminating material 22 supplied from a cassette 21 is laminated on the recorded surface of the paper 2, and the resultant laminate is gripped by a feeding roller pair 27. The recording paper 2 and the laminating material 22 fed through the feeding roller pair 27 are pressed against each other under heating by a pressure roller pair 28 incorporating heaters 29, whereby the paper 2 is lamination-coated with the laminating material 22.</p> |
