PURPOSE:To make it possible to control a rubber vulcanizing process by detecting the vulcanization degree of rubber during vulcanization with high accuracy, by handling the activating energy in vulcanization reaction as the function of a vulcanization degree or a heating time at a reference temp. while handling the vulcanization degree as the function of the heating time at the reference temp. CONSTITUTION:The rubber temp. during vulcanization is detected to be taken in at every constant time interval of DELTAt and the temp. at a time ti is set to Ti to subject DELTAtoi equivalent to DELTAt to operation treatment on the basis of an Arrhenius' equation. In the next step, the integration value of DELTAtoi, that is, an equivalent vulcanization time toi is subjected to operation treatment. On the other hand, the relation of an equivalent vulcanization time to and activating energy E is inputted to calculate activating energy Ei-1 to an equivalent vulcanization time toi-1 and continuous function E=f1to is determined while the relation of the vulcanization degree (x) and the time to at a reference temp. In the next step, the vulcanization degree xi to the equivalent vulcanization time toi is calculated to compare a vulcanization degree xc requiring set signal oscillation and the vulcanization degree xi and, when xi>=xc, a signal is oscillated to comfirm the completion of a vulcanization process.
