In the next step, the integration value of DELTAtoi, that is, an equivalent vulcanization time toi is subjected to operation treatment. On the other hand, the relation of an equivalent vulcanization time to and activating energy E is inputted to calculate activating energy Ei-1 to an equivalent vulcanization time toi-1 and continuous function E=f1to is determined while the relation of the vulcanization degree (x) and the time to at a reference temp. To is inputted to determine continuous function x=f2to. In the next step, the vulcanization degree xi to the equivalent vulcanization time toi is calculated to compare a vulcanization degree xc requiring set signal oscillation and the vulcanization degree xi and, when xi>=xc, a signal is oscillated to comfirm the completion of a vulcanization process. Therefore, the vulcanization degree can be detected with high accuracy.
