PURPOSE:To fix a linear material on a drum for sure even if the material is thick by pressing the wind-starting end of the linear material to a collar of a drum by a pressing means together with a winch. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 2 is connected with a wind-starting end 1a of a linear material to be wound up, and guided to the outside of a collar 35 through a side mouth 34b of a drum 34. This lead wire 2 is guided along guide rollers of a guide roller means 60 to pass between two guide rollers, and wound up on a winch. Then, a motor is driven to rotate the winch, and the lead wire 2 is wound up on the winch. The wind-starting end 1a of the linear material is conducted to the outside of the collar 35 of the drum 34 through a side mouth 34b. This wind-starting end 1a is hooked by a stopper of a frame 62 to stop the winch, and as the lead wire 2 is stretched by the driving force of the motor, a push plate 70 is moved by the operation of an air-cylinder 72 of a pressing means 68. By the push plate 70, the wind-starting end of 1a of the linear material led out from the side mouth 34b is fast fixed on the collar 35. |
