PURPOSE:To facilitate to release a stuck tape on a wrapping paper and the like by fixing a short paper piece or a power body at the top of the tape. CONSTITUTION:A number of short paper pieces 12 are prepared in the lower part in front of a cutting blade 10 of a tape cutter, and an adhesive tape is cut by the cutting blade 10. As the remained tape is stuck on a tape support base in the rear part of the blade 10, a tape top part 17 is held down by a finger, and the upper one of the short paper pieces 12 in the lower part is stuck to the lower side of the tape top part 17. This stuck top is made inadhesive and convenient for peeling off an applied tape. |
