PURPOSE:To make a sheetlike work feedable smoothly to the next stage of work, by once reversing a conveyor belt in time of feeding and loading the sheetlike work and after these operations are over, restoring it to normal rotation. CONSTITUTION:With a measuring signal out of a sequence monitor of a mixer 4, a measuring belt conveyor 1 is reversed coincidently with operation of a feeder 3, while sheetlike rubber 2 is loaded on the measuring belt conveyor 1 in a state of being undulated whereby loading at a state that the sheetlike rubber 2 going ahead in the conveying direction is superposed on the rearward sheetlike rubber and stability in time of loading operation both are in no case damaged so that a large quantity of the sheetlike rubber 2 can be loaded on the relatively short measuring conveyor 1. When the sheetlike rubber approximate to a desired quantity is loaded and then detected by a measuring part 12, the feeder 3 is changed over to a low-speed mode, operating a driving motor 8 and cutting the feed side of the sheetlike rubber. Next, a projection signal is generated out of a sequence monitor of the mixer 4 whereby the measuring conveyor belt 1 is made into normal rotation, thus a fixed amount of sheetlike rubber is conveyed to the mixer 4 and projected into where it should be. |
