发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF MAGNETIC METAL POWDER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an alloy metal powder enabled to control freely a nickel adding amount to hardly generate ramification and to generate no undissolved deposite by a method wherein when gas containing oxygen is to be made to come in contact with suspension of a deposit of ferrous hydroxide and nickelous hydroxide, it is performed by mixing the aqueous solution of a trivalent or a quadrivalent metal salt. CONSTITUTION:After an alkali solution is mixed to a mixed solution of ferrous salt and nickelous salt to coprecipitate ferrous hydroxide and nickelous hydroxide, a trivalent or a quadrivalent metal salt is dissolved. Gas containing oxygen is made to come in contact with suspension of the deposit thereof to generate alpha- oxy iron hydroxide powder containing nickel and a trivalent or a quadrivalent metal, and after filtered and dried, the generated powder thereof is reduced to obtain magnetic metal iron powder containing nickel. For example, after an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide is added to a mixed solution of ferrous sulfate and nickel sulfate to obtain a deposit, an aqueous solution of chromium sulfate is added, air is blown in the suspension of deposit, and stirred for 6hr to obtain alpha-oxy iron hydroxide powder containing nickel. Then the powder thereof is heated to be reduced, and an alloy magnetic powder is obtained.
