The installation comprises a concrete mixer 2 and a scraping shelf 1. The concrete mixer is mounted in a tilting manner on its support via an articulation element and a mounting element which are located respectively on either side of a vertical plane passing through the centre of gravity of this concrete mixer; the mounting element 28 acts on an actuating device 31, one part 38 of which bears on the fixed support and is sensitive to the weight force which is applied to it by the concrete mixer and another part of which interacts with at least one triggering member freeing the control of the unit so that the latter stops driving the chains 7, 8 of the scraping shelf 1 when a predetermined limit of the filling proportion is reached; at least one adjusting means, making it possible to coincide the triggering with the said limit, is inserted in the actuating device. <IMAGE>
