PURPOSE:To accurately grasp a sales condition, stocking condition, etc., by detecting that whether the difference or ratio between data of a memory by departments and a memory by dealings is above a prescribed value or not and printing data in the memory by departments under a condition where the detected result can be identified. CONSTITUTION:A memory by departments and memory 4 by dealings are composed of RAMs and writing in the memories and reading out from the memories are executed under the control of a CPU2. Another memory 3 stores summed data of sales by departments, etc., and summed data of each sale are accumulated after delivery and receipt of the data with the CPU2. The data in the memory 3 are transferred to the memory 4 when the sale is settled. Moreover, when the data in the memory 3 are read out and printed, it is detected that whether or not the difference or ratio between the data in both memories is a prescribed value. According to the detected result, the data in the memory 3 are printed under a condition where the detected result can be identified. |
