PURPOSE:To obtain a sintered ore with high quality by promoting the formation of a metl, by crushing a limonite ore with a specific particle size or more in a compounded stock material to increase fine particle for the purpose of adjusting a goethite amount. CONSTITUTION:Particles with a particle size of 3mm. or more easily remaining as an original ore in a limonite ore containing a large amount of goethite in a sintering compounded stock material ore are crushed to reduce the amount ratio thereof. At the same time, the compounding ratio of fine particles with a particle size of 0.5mm. or less is set to a range of 20-30% to control the sintering compounded stock material. By this method, the formation of a melt during sintering is promoted and each characteristic value as a sintered ore is kept well while the productivity thereof and a coke consumption unit are enhanced.
