PURPOSE:To obtain a compsn. having excellent antistatic performance without detriment to the physical properties inherent to thermoplastic polymers, by blending a polyoxyalkylene glycol and a vinyl polymer with a thermoplastic polymer. CONSTITUTION:0.1-10wt% (based on the total quantity of compsn.) polyoxyalkylene glycol or derivative (A) and a vinyl polymer (B) contg. at least 3mol% of a bonded monomer unit composed of an unsaturated vinylsulfonic acid or its salt, are blended with a thermoplastic polymer (C) in such a quantity as to give 0.5-18wt% monomer consisting of the unsaturated vinylsulfonic acid or its salt based on the combined quantity of components A and B. A typical example of the thermoplastic polymer is polyester. Polyamide, other olefin polymers and vinyl polymers can be also used.
