The present invention relates to a system capable of calculating weight of waste from a measured value by measuring an unladen vehicle weight and a loaded vehicle weight at a point of departure and measuring the weight unattended using a smartphone and a Bluetooth reader in the measuring process. Also, the present invention relates to a system which verifies whether or not the waste loaded at the point of departure reaches a destination in its entirety. The present invention enables calculation of payload weight from the measured value by measuring the unladen vehicle weight and the loaded vehicle loaded with a load (the waste). In addition, the present invention allows unmanned measurement by using a smartphone and a Bluetooth reader in the measuring process. According to the present invention, in case the load is waste, a waste processing fee can be calculated based on calculated payload weight. The waste needs to be treated in a designated waste processing site since serious problem, such as environmental pollution, occurs if a vehicle loaded with waste in a waste discharge site for treating the waste and paid with a waste processing fee dumps the waste in an undesignated place. According to the present invention, this can be ensured by the unattended verification system for detecting change in payload of a vehicle which verifies whether the waste loaded in the point of departure has arrived in the destination in its entirety, thereby preventing environmental pollution. |
