PURPOSE:To shorten the printing time of a report and economize printing paper by setting report control codes for preparing each of daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports in the file of an RAM and preparing the reports by printing necessary data only. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard 2, RAM3, ROM4, display 5, printer 6, and cash drawer 7 are connected with a CPU1. Moreover, it is arranged that report control codes for preparing daily reports or weekly reports are inputted through ten-key 22 after the mode change-over switch 21 of the keyboard 2 is set to the registration mode. In addition to the above, the 1st storage area which stores data related to each commodity and the 2nd storage area which stores report control codes for preparing daily reports or weekly reports, are installed to the RAM3. The CPU1 discriminates that report control codes for preparing daily reports or weekly reports are set in the 2nd storage area of the RAM3 when preparing reports, and prepares reports at the cycle of daily or weekly reports by means of the printer 6. |
