<p>PURPOSE:To improve the effect of supervision by selecting optionally a visual field to be transmitted next. CONSTITUTION:After one screen's share of a picture signal of a television camera 1 is recorded in a transmission memory 7, the result is transmitted to a transmission line 20. The receiving side allows this still picture to display on a television monitor 37. In displaying a desired region on the monitor 37 by means of a marker, marker address of a receiving memory 32 is read, the result is transmitted to a transmission side via a transmission line 20 and then transmitted to a moving amount operating section 9 via a transmission control section 10 of the transmission side. The moving amount operating section 9 operates a picture angle and a direction of rotation required to image pick up the region from the marker address and commands the amount of movement to a drive control section 8. The drive control section 8 drives a motor driven zoom lens 2 and a rotation stand 4 and after they are moved by a prescribed amount, a transmission start signal is outputted to transmit the picture.</p> |
