PURPOSE:To decide a faulty part by conducting an overall test by constituting a test object device of a package to be tested, and conducting the same test to the package to be tested by switching and connecting successively normal packages, respectively, in case when a normal result is not obtained. CONSTITUTION:When control signal s1-s3 are all set to a logical value ''0'', switches 44-94 connect signal lines 41-91 to signal lines 43-93, respectively, therefore, packages to be tested 1-3 are connected to each other and constitute a test object device, an output stage is inspected with respect to prescribed input conditions, and an overall test is conducted. Unless the output state is normal, first of all, the control signal s1 is set to a logical value ''1''. As a result, the switch 44 switches and connects the signal line 43 to the signal 42 from the signal line 41, and the switch 94 changes over and connects the signal line 93 to the signal line 92 from the signal line 91, therefore, a normal package 10, and the packages, 2, 3 to be tested are connected to each other and constitute a test object device, and a test is conducted. If normal, it is decided that a faulty part exists in the package to be tested, it is replaced and the same test is conducted. |
