摘要 PURPOSE:To execute a picture display of a composite sectional image, and to obtain a position, distribution, size, shape, etc. of an inside defect by storing a sectional image of an object to be inspected of a probe position in a picture memory, and adding a phase of the sectional image at a prescribed probe position by a probe position detector. CONSTITUTION:An electronic scanning type ultrasonic flaw detector 2 controls an hourly timing of transmission and reception of plural ultrasonic vibrators operated by an array type probe 1, and focuses, deflects and scans electronically and at a high speed an ultrasonic beam to the inside of an object to be inspected 3. A deflection scanning signal 2a and a beam path signal 2c are inputted to an address converting circuit 5 for writing a data, together with a probe position signal 4a from a position detector 4, and a prescribed address of a picture memory 6 is selected as a write address signal 5a. An ultrasonic receiving signal 2b is added by a signal adder 8 and stored again in the picture memory 6. In this case, by a display address generating circuit 9, a displaying address signal 9a is inputted to the picture memory 6 through an address switching circuit 7. A display device 10 executes scanning successively in accordance with a flaw detecting range, modulates the luminance by a picture signal 6a, and executes a picture display of a composite sectional image.
