PURPOSE:To attain efficient manufacture by imbedding a metallic piece of one side into a box and inserting only the remaining metallic pieces to the box. CONSTITUTION:The 1st lead frame 53 provided with lots of leads 51 having a flat part 50 formed with a projection 28 at the center and the 2nd lead frame 56 provided with lots of leads 55 having a spring part pressing the projection 28 when being overlapped on the frame 53, are prepared. The box 20 forming a columnar part 26 by exposing the 1st metallic part at the surrounding is formed by molding to the center of each side of the inner side face of a concaved part imbedding the part 50 at its bottom. The piezoelectric vibrator 22 is contained in a concaved part 25 by contacting the center of the lower side major surface of the piezoelectric vibrator 22 to the projection 28 and bringing the node of the surrounding vibration into abutment to the comumnar part 26. The part 24 is contacted to the upper side major surface of the vibrator 22 at a position corresponding to the projection 28, and after a cover of the box 20 is fixed while the 2nd metallic part is pressed elastically, the leads 51 and 55 are cut off and separated. |
