PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the device for gas injection capable of extracting nozzle and refractory in one united body, by inserting the extended end parts of plural pieces of fine tubes for nozzle monolithically solidly into refractory holes provided through the top plate of the wind box and fixing them. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of pipe state fine tubes 3 are monolithically solidly fixed in the refractory 2 of tuyere refractory block 1 and the extruded part 3' of fine tube 3 is formed by cutting and removing a portion 1' of lower end part of refractory block 1. Then, the end surface of said extruded part 3 is directly transferred 6 onto the top surface of wind box top plate 4 and fire tube inserting holes 7 are boned by boning operation. Then, the extruded parts 3' of said fine tubes 3 are inserted into the inserting holes 7 and the refractory block 1 and the top plate of wind box are united by welding 10 from back surface side. Then, the bottom plate 9 of wind box united with a gas feed tube 8 is connected to the top plate 4 by welding, a protective case 11 being covered, as necessary, and the device for gas injection which can be easily replaced is obtained. |
