PURPOSE:To realize a composite exchange by means of decentralized control by dividing a communication medium into plural channels, controlling the amount to be accessed to a channel in accordance with parameters possessed by each user and calling a call setting packet to data requiring the instantaneity at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The basic constitution of this radio device consists of an interface section 101, a network control section 102, a modulation and demodulating section 103 and an RF section 104. Each user has the parameters corresponding to the plural channels originated from the division of one communication medium and controls the amount to be accessed to a channel in accordance with the parameters. The call setting packet is called to the data requiring the instantaneity at the same time. Each user decides whether or not the received packet is the call setting packet, and when the call setting packet transmitted from the user is received without collision, the user sets the parameter corresponding to the channel to 1 and starts transmission on the channel. |
