PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having lowered rolling resistance without detriment to mechanical characteristics and wet skid resistance, consisting of a specified amorphous polybutadiene rubber, a styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber and polybutadiene rubber. CONSTITUTION:10-80wt% amorphous polybutadiene rubber (A) which has a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) of 20-150 and a 1,2-bonded butadiene content of 40-70% and into which 0.1-5mol of a (thio)benzophenone of the formula (wherein M is O, S; R1, R2 are each H, a substituent; m+n=1-10) per mol of the polybutadiene molecular chain is introduced, 80-20wt% styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber (B) having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) of 20-150, a bonded styrene content of 3-30wt% and a 1,2-bonded butadiene content of 40% or above and 0-40wt% polybutadiene rubber (C) having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) and a 1,2-bonded butadiene content of 20% or above are blended together.
