PURPOSE:To raise an alarm suited to the failure repair work of a maintainer by providing an alarming device raising instantly the alarm and a typewriter giving uninstantly a notice, depending on kinds of failures of an exchange. CONSTITUTION:An electronic exchange 1 outputs four kinds of alarm kind information AL1-AL4 corresponding to a failure detected by a central controller, failure detected by a main storage device, failure detected by a trunk and a failure detected by a subscriber circuit. When the alarm kind information AL1, AL2 require instant notice at the generation of failure and the information AL3, AL4 require no instant notice, the maintainer inputs known information Y to a write/read control circuit 3 from a typewriter 22 corresponding to the information AL1, AL2 and inputs unknown information N corresponding to the information AL3, AL4. The write/read control circuit 3 registers the known information Y and the unknown information N corresponding to the information AL1-AL4 inputted from the typewriter 22 onto an instant notice alarm registration table 4. |
