PURPOSE:To provide the titled resin compsn. in which the extrudability is improved by lowering the melt viscosity without detriment to the physical properties inherent to the resins, by blending a specified ester compd. with a polyamide-imide resin. CONSTITUTION:0.05-5pts.wt. ester derived from a carboxylic acid and an aliph. branched alcohol (e.g. neopentylglycol dibenzoate or pentaerythritol tetrabenzoate) and 0.1-100pts.wt. filler are added to 100pts.wt. polyamide-imide resin (e.g. Torlon 4203L, a product of Amoco) having a repeating unit of the formula (wherein Ar is a trivalent arom. group including a six-membered carbon ring; R is a bivalent arom. residue and/or aliph. residue; R' is H, methyl, phenyl) as the main structural unit. The mixture is melt-kneaded at 250-400 deg.C by heated rollers, etc.
