The invention relates to nucleic acids, including lentiviral vectors and lentiviral vector particles, encoding at least one Hepatitis B virus (HBV) envelop surface antigen, polymerase, HBX protein and HBV consensus core of genotypes A and C antigen. The invention encompasses these vectors, methods of making the vectors, and methods of using them, including medicinal uses. The vectors can be used for administration to humans via intramuscular injection to induce immune responses against the HBV antigen. |
