PURPOSE:To miniaturize the microwave mixer circuit by integrating incorporatedly a phase inverting circuit on which reactance elements and capacitance elements are connected in T-shape or pi-shape, an LPF and mixer diodes on a semi-insulation semiconductor substrate. CONSTITUTION:A ground conductor 42 is formed at the back side of the semi-insulating semiconductor substrate 41 made of GaAs or the like. The two mixer diode elements 43, 44 are connected in series by a conductor on the front face of the substrate 41, and the T-shape (or pi-shape) phase inverting circuit formed by reactance elements 45-a-45-c of plural high impedance lines and capacitance elements 46-a-46-b of MIM structure is connected between both terminals of the two mixer diode elements 43, 44. A return circuit 54 to an intermediate frequency is connected to the reactance element 45-b. A signal input terminal 47 is connected between the mixer diode element 43 and the reactance element 45-a via an impedance matching circuit 51. Further, a local oscillating signal input terminal 48 is connected to the midpoint between the mixer diodes 43 and 44 via an impedance matching circuit 52.
