<p>PURPOSE:To improve pressure holding performance between a communicating port and a load by a method wherein a non-return valve, covering a delivery port side elastically, is mounted to the communicating port, communicating the pump device with the delivery port. CONSTITUTION:During the operation of the pump device, fuel opens forcibly the thin part of an umbrella type valve 25 by the supplying pressure thereof to open a nineth penetrating hole 24, then, flows into the seventh penetrating hole 17A and receives the effect of a damper device 23, thereafter, is supplied to a load from the eighth penetrating hole 18A. When the pump device is stopped, the thin part 25B of the umbrella type valve 25 closes the nineth penetrating hole 24 elastically and the valve is returned to the original place thereof. According to this method, the reverse flow of the fuel from the load to a motor chamber 21 is stopped and a pressure drop from the umbrella type valve 25 to the load may be prevented.</p> |
