PURPOSE:To produce a fluoride flux having excellent solderability at a low cost by mixing AlF3.3H2O and KF which are the powder finer than AlF3 at a specific rate with water to form a paste then drying the paste to remove moisture. CONSTITUTION:AlF3.3H2O obtd. in the form of the powder finer than hardly meltable AlF3 is used and AlF3.3H2O and KF are mixed with water respectively at 64-68% and 36-32% ratios to form a paste. The paste is then dried at <=200 deg.C to remove moisture so that the brazing performance is improved and the cost of production is reduced. |
