The articulated coupling is intended to transmit in synchronism a motion between two shafts of which the axes are intersected each other with a valuable angle. In this coupling, the articulation axis and the shaft axis intersect each other at a center located in a symmetrical plane which cuts in two angles the angle formed by shafts. It has a symmetrical axis perpendicular to the symmetry plane and passing by the center. The hinged coupling comprises at least two differential guides (1-3). Each different guide has two articulation ends (16, 16', 17, 17') which are connected to both ends of the shafts and are arranged symmetrically with respect to the symmetry axis. A medial articulation (7, 8, 18) arranged in the symmetry axis is connected to all other articulations and is constantly located between the terminal articulations on an arcuated path. The axis of the terminal articulations of the differential guides do not match. The differential guides are mutually rotatingly driven about the symmetry axis or rigidly arranged. In the second case, their connections with the shafts are rotatingly provided inside the shafts. As the known double cross axial couplings, this articulated coupling device may be divided into two parts with two centers and connected to a medial rotary inner articulation. |
