In a device for connecting building elements produced by original forms, in particular for erecting so-called sanitary blocks in structural or civil engineering, a mounting (4) is firmly formed in the first building element (2) and has a threaded bore (5) opening out on the side facing the other, second, building element (3), and a sleeve (7) is firmly formed in the second building element (3); the sleeve (7) has a bore (8) aligned coaxially with the threaded bore (5) of the mounting (4) and opening out in the latter, into which bore (8) is inserted a cap screw (9) which can be screwed into the threaded bore (5) of the mounting (4) in such a way that its cap can be supported in the axial direction on a sleeve shoulder (10); a tubular channel (11), which guides the cap screw (9) freely rotatably about its longitudinal axis and in the longitudinal direction and which is directed in a gentle curve towards the side wall of the building element and opens out in a screw-passage opening (12) arranged in the latter, adjoins the shoulder of the sleeve (7) inside the latter, and anchors (16) are arranged on the mounting (4) and on the sleeve (7), which anchors brace these latter in each case and are firmly formed in the building elements (2 and 3 respectively). <IMAGE>
