EXAMPLE:2-N-{3-[3-( 1-Piperidinylmethyl )phenoxy]propyl}amino-5-mercapto-1,3, 4-thiadiazole. USE:An inhibitor for secretion of acid in the stomach. PREPARATION:A corresponding bithiourea or thiocarbamyldithiocarbazinic acid ester as a starting raw material is condensed through ring closure to give the desired substance (R' is as shown for R or -NH- phenyl).
