PURPOSE:To efficiently separate and remove clad, by subjecting a fluid to a progressive alternating magnetic field formed by twisting the lower parts of arranged permanent magnets toward a delayed side with respect to a rotating direction. CONSTITUTION:In a reaction chamber 2, since the facing pole of each magnet 9A, 9B has different polarity, floating clad is attracted by a strong magnetic field formed thereby and moved toward a circumferential direction while riding on the progressive magnetic field and overcoming the stream of the cooling material for an atomic reactor in a state gathered in the vicinities of an outside wall 1a and an inside wall 1b. At this time, the arranged condition of the clad comes close to each side wall 1a, 1b along the facing directions of the different poles. That is, the facing directions of the different poles are inclined downwards with respect to the horizontally rotating direction as shown in inclination angles theta1, thetan and theta2n, and said inclination angles are gradually made larger from the upper part to the lower part. Hence, the clad riding on the alternating progressive magnetic field is introduced to a partition wall 4 with high density. |
