The present invention relates to an automatic dropping pipet type cap and an automatic dropping pipet type container including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the automatic dropping pipet type cap comprising: a massage unit for generating a vibration; and a dropping pipet unit connected to the massage unit, prepared to selectively opening and closing a container main body, and for automatically inhaling contents inside the container main body when the container main body is opened by rotation. The dropping pipet unit is prepared to discharge the inhaled contents outwardly when the massage unit is moved toward the dropping pipet unit.
