The present invention relates to Citrus junos Tanaka fruit yogurt pudding comprising Citrus junos Tanaka fruit, and to a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the pudding comprising Citrus junos Tanaka fruit is confirmed to be an excellent product through the evaluation on consumer preference and functional characteristics. Also, the pudding comprising Citrus junos Tanaka fruit provides a superior texture due to uniformly distributed Citrus junos Tanaka fruit, and provides fun to break a sugar coating put on an upper part of the pudding.
