The present invention relates to frozen garlic blocks, which can be stored without losses in a taste and a flavor for a long time and efficiently used as many as the required quantity depending on a need, and a mold for preparing the same. Provided is a mold for frozen garlic blocks, comprising: units in which ground garlic is frozen and consolidated by water contained in the garlic and which is formed by connecting a plurality of unit blocks to be cut by dividing grooves; and connection parts to which the units are horizontally connected on the bottom and which form the shape of a flat board with the units on the bottom surface and fracture to allow each unit to be separated. The unit blocks have two or more guide protrusions protruding from the upper surface and formed by protruding upwards to determine the position of a cutter. |
