A gas capturing plant includes: an absorption tower generating a rich absorption liquid by dissolving object gas requiring regeneration (that is, including a separation material) in a lean absorption liquid; a regeneration tower generating a regeneration gas-separated lean absorption liquid by boiling the rich absorption liquid generated in the absorption tower and supplying the generated lean absorption liquid back to the absorption tower; and a gas condensation device separating condensate water and target gas from each other by condensing the regeneration gas supplied from the regeneration tower, supplying the separated condensate water to the regeneration tower, and discharging the separated target gas. The gas condensation device may include a condenser and a reflux machine placed in a single housing and the condenser may be placed on the reflux machine.
