<p>In a drum arranged so as to be able to rotate, such as a drum for producing sugar-coated pearls intended to coat the surface of a granular material, there is pivotingly mounted by forming an annular chamber (57) along the drum axis another holder (26b) from which a plurality of bent pipes (64) turns out in a same disposition and with spraying nozzles (65). An envelope (22) surrounding the nozzle device forms a cover (73) which is opened in an operation position by means of the spraying nozzles so as to enable the spraying to take place in the coating chamber outside the envelope (22). In the cleaning position (75"), the spraying unit is completely closed to the outside and may be thoroughly rinced by the cleaning agent which is discharged inside the envelope (22) in the bottom duct (69) and the discharge duct (71). It is then possible to carry out the cleaning processes during short coating downtimes without interrupting the whole program. </p> |
