PURPOSE:To punch a film easily with a high precision in a rationalized processing course by providing a feed roll with sprocket which spreads cut films at a prescribed space in the breadthwise direction and carries them. CONSTITUTION:Web guides 41 and 42 are provided in a film punching part 4 and flange-type guides are attached to both ends of a shaft, to which a cutting edge 92 of a cutting part 9 is attached, to regulate snaking of the end face of the film. Cut films are distributed to up and down by rolls 10 and 11 and form loops 14a and 14b between path rolls 13a and 13b with a flange and a roll 15 with sprocket and are spread at a prescribed in the breadthwise direction and are sent to the next process. Consequently, end parts of cut films are prevented from rubbing or overlapping each other on path rolls to punch the film with a high precision. |
