PURPOSE:To provide the titled resin compsn. which has excellent processability to give a waterproof vinyl chloride sheet and gives moldings having excellent surface physical properties, etc., by blending two specified vinyl chloride copolymer resin, metal (compd.) and a plasticizer with a vinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin, 3-100pts.wt. copolymer of vinyl chloride with cetyl vinyl ether, 5-200pts.wt. vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-200pts.wt. material (e.g. barium sulfate) selected from among metals having a specific gravity of 2 or above, their oxides, sulfates and carbonates and 30-100pts.wt. plasticizer such as dioctyl phthalate or dibutyl phthalate are mixed together to obtain the desired vinyl chloride resin compsn. Waterproof sheets obtd. from this resin compsn. have excellent flexibility, tensile strength, bond strength, processability, etc.
