PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of machinery and human beings without deteriorating the high-speed response performance by reducing the max. feeding speed when an anomaly in generated on the position feedback loop of a servofeeding apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When the pulse signal corresponding to the actual feed amount of a workpiece 10 is not transmitted from a position detector 5 because of the breakage of a wire, etc., a servoamplifier 4 outputs an excessive driving output signal and operates so that a driving motor 7 is revolved at high speed. When the speed feedback signal supplied from a tachogenerator 6 increases, and each of zener diode 4f, 4g begins conduction, the negative speed feedback amount supplied to an operation amplifier 4a sharply increases, and the number of revolution of the driving motor 7 is clamp-controlled. |
