PURPOSE:To make the attitude of a member regulable automatically, by rotating the member being symmetrical outward show as to a center shaft and having at least one projection, to the extent of hitting a stopper, while detecting a state of the projection being hit to the stopper. CONSTITUTION:In time of regulating an electrode terminal 3 being projected out of a cell can 1 to be situated in the specified direction, first the cell can 1 is inserted into a can holder jig 5 and supported free of rotation. Next, a stopper holder 9 is made to go down, and a stopper pin 10 is shifted to a position interfering with a rotary orbit of the electrode terminal 3, while a driving jig 6 is made to go up and thereby a magnet segment 7 is contacted to the cell can 1. In succession, the driving jig 6 is rotated in a B direction whereby both the cell can 1 and the electrode terminal 3 are rotated in the same direction B' and their rotation is stopped at a position where they hit the stopper pin 10. And, at a situation where the electrode terminal 3 arrives at the specified position, this arrival is detected by an optical sensor 1, through which it is so judged that the cell can 1 becomes settled at the desired attitude. |
