The present invention relates to a detachable seat shock-absorbing device and, more specifically, to a detachable seat shock-absorbing device for improving a riding comfort while distributing stress applied to a seat post between a frame and a saddle of a bicycle. In addition, the detachable seat shock-absorbing device capable of being attached between the frame and the seat post positioned in a lower side of a seat of the bicycle includes: a case joined to the frame of the bicycle; a coupling unit capable of moving upward and downward inside the case and wherein the seat post positioned in the lower side of the seat is inserted and fixated; an elastic body elastically supporting the coupling unit inside the case; a support supporting a lower part of the elastic body to prevent the separation of the elastic body to a lower side of the case; and a fixating member coupling the support to fixated the support to an inner surface of the case.
