The present invention relates to a system for alarming the occurrence of fine particulate matters in atmosphere by using: a fine particulate matter sensor for measuring fine particulate matters in atmosphere; an atmosphere information supply server for receiving information on the measured fine particulate matters from the fine particulate matter sensor, and for transmitting information on fine particulate matter occurring conditions in atmosphere to a mobile terminal; and the mobile terminal for receiving the information on the fine particulate matter occurring conditions to notify a user thereof.
