PURPOSE:To distribute blood samples for every inspection item automatically, by driving and controlling pippets suspended from an endless belt, so that the pipets are stopped at a blood sucking poition, at a blood delivery position, and at a washing position. CONSTITUTION:A specified amount of a blood sample is put in each sample container 11. A plate, wherein the number of inspection items, the receipt number, and the like are coded, is attached to the container. After the centrifugal separation, the containers 11 are arranged on the racks of a sample conveying device 10. The sample containers 11 are sent to a sample sucking position in synchronization with the intermittent driving of pipets suspended from an endless belt. The receipt numbers are read by a number reading device 16. Then the blood samples are sucked by the pipets 2 by delivery pumps 12. The pipets 2 are conveyed to a first blood distributing device 20 and stopped. The blood samples are distributed to reagent containers 21. Then the distribution is performed by the second and third blood distributing devices. The pipets are washed by first and second washing devices 51' and 51''. The pipets 2 are dried by first and second ventilating devices 61' and 61'' and conveyed to the blood-sample sucking position again. |
